Nate Massari

Nate Massari brings more than 25 years of experience across business development, strategy, and commercialization in the biopharmaceutical industry. Previously, he served as Chief Business Officer for genetic medicines startup Anjarium Biosciences leading to the sale of the company and co-founded rare disease startup Rumpus Therapeutics as Chief Business Officer culminating in the sale to Aytu BioPharma. Nate’s extensive leadership includes key roles at Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Cencora. He has orchestrated numerous transactions totaling over $6 billion in capital and his immunology expertise includes launching inflammatory bowel disease indications in ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease. Nate’s career also includes leadership positions in management consulting within the Life Sciences practices at Accenture and Deloitte. He holds a BA from Princeton University and earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
