Lieve Lammens

Lieve is a senior nonclinical safety leader with more than 30 years of experience across global pharma and biotech. Prior to Onco3R, she held senior scientific leadership roles at Galapagos and Janssen Research & Development (Johnson & Johnson), shaping nonclinical safety strategy and supporting multiple assets from discovery through registration. In these roles, she led large, multidisciplinary teams spanning toxicology, pathology, genetic toxicology, exploratory toxicology, and laboratory animal medicine. Lieve is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and trained as a toxicologic pathologist. She is recognised for her scientific rigour, translational insight, collaborative mindset, and long-standing commitment to developing safety strategies that enable the delivery of transformative medicines with an optimal risk/benefit to patients.
